What Pet Parents Are Saying

Real feedback from real families in our Prospect Park community.

We brought our anxious rescue pup in for his first groom and the team was incredibly patient with him. He came out looking like a show dog and actually enjoyed the experience. We're customers for life!

Sarah M.

Mom to Benny, a Golden Retriever

The attention to detail is unmatched. They remembered my dog's sensitive skin and always use the right products. Plus the retail section has things I can't find anywhere else in the area.

Marcus T.

Dad to Luna, a Poodle mix

My senior cat gets so stressed at other places, but Pet Stop treats her like royalty. The staff is warm, the salon is clean, and they never rush. It's a relief to finally find a place that truly cares.
